Ease Magnesium: Individual magnesium requirements may vary, as outlined by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in the USA:

  • Children 1–3 years: 80 mg
  • Children 4–8 years: 130 mg
  • Children 9-13 years: 240 mg
  • Teen boys 14–18 years: 410 mg
  • Teen girls 14–18 years: 360 mg
  • Men: 400–420 mg
  • Women: 310–320 mg
  • Pregnant women: 350–360 mg
  • Breastfeeding women: 310–320 mg

Our Ease Magnesium delivers 2.8mg of magnesium (26mg of magnesium chloride hexahydrate) per spray, providing essential support for your body's magnesium needs.

Perfect Iodine: Intakes vary for each individual and if you have any concerns, this should be discussed with your doctor. As outlined by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in the USA:

  • 1–8 years: 90 mcg
  • 9–13 years: 120 mcg
  • 14–18 years: 150 mcg
  • Adults: 150 mcg
  • Pregnant women: 220 mcg
  • Breastfeeding women: 290mcg

Perfect Immune: Doses will vary depending on the age and weight of the individual consuming the product.

  • 6–12 years: 10 drops (up to 2x per day)
  • 13 years and above: 10 drops (up to 3x per day)
