How To Use: 
Take 1.5 teaspoons each day on its own or mixed in a cold beverage 

Servings Per Bottle: 
Each bottle provides approximately 33 servings 

Shelf Life: 
Perfect Press Oils have a shelf life of three years, and each bottle is marked with its expiration date. It is important to store them at room temperature while avoiding direct sunlight.

Temperatures In Transit 
Fluctuations in transit temperatures whether high or low, will not compromise the quality of the product. However, we advise allowing the product to reach room temperature upon arrival. Please refrain from attempting to expedite this process by placing it in the freezer or microwave.

Why can't I get my oil out of my bottle? 
👉 Occasionally, sediments may enter the control spout, causing challenges in achieving a steady flow. Instead of turning the bottle upside down, gently tilt it to the side and give it a slight shake. This method allows the oil to flow, clearing any obstructions, while minimizing the entry of additional sediments.

What are the best ways to use Black Cumin?
👉 Black Cumin pairs very well with raw honey. For a tasty twist and added nutrition, get creative by incorporating it into homemade salad dressings, dips, and sauces. Do not apply any products to heat

How much thymoquinone is in it?
👉 There is 1.3+% of thymoquinone per dose in our Black Cumin Oil.

Can I put this in a capsule? 
👉 Certainly, you can acquire capsules independently and fill them with products from our line. We do recommend filling the capsules still following the daily dose recommendation on your bottle. 

Can I take my products together? 
👉 It is recommended to separate the intake of our products and other medications by 1-2 hours, serving as a safety precaution due to the extended digestion time of pharmaceuticals and vitamins. 

Nevertheless, when consumed on an empty stomach, Solaris and Perfect Iodine can be ingested with a 20-minute interval, as both are easily digested by the body.
