Perfect Press Oils have a shelf life of three years, and each bottle is marked with its expiration date. It is important to store them at room temperature while avoiding direct sunlight.

Temperatures In Transit 
Fluctuations in transit temperatures whether high or low, will not compromise the quality of the product. However, we advise allowing the product to reach room temperature upon arrival. Please refrain from attempting to expedite this process by placing it in the freezer or microwave.

Can I put this in a capsule? 
👉 Certainly, you can acquire capsules independently and fill them with products from our line. We do recommend filling the capsules still following the daily dose recommendation on your bottle. 

Why is my oil a dark brown? 
👉 The color of our Amaranth Oil which is derived from the amaranthus caudatus seed only can range from golden amber to a dark brown color. This depends on the level of sediments within the batch and bottle itself.

Can I take my products together? 
👉 It is recommended to separate the intake of our products and other medications by 1-2 hours, serving as a safety precaution due to the extended digestion time of pharmaceuticals and vitamins. 
Nevertheless, when consumed on an empty stomach, Solaris and Perfect Iodine can be ingested with a 20-minute interval, as both are easily digested by the body.
