How to Use
Initial Use: Shake well before each use. Prime the sprayer by pumping it a few times. Tilt your head back and apply 2–3 sprays per hour for the first 4–5 hours, expelling any mucus or waste as needed.

Ongoing Use: After the initial period, apply 2–3 sprays up to twice daily for the next 30 days. Daily mucus output may vary depending on the level of congestion. In some cases, especially based on age and personal health, it may take up to 90 consecutive days to experience full nasal clarity.

Note: A strong sensation may be felt during the initial uses as the formula begins to work. This typically eases after the first few applications.

Tips for Optimal Use
Positioning: Lie on your back with your head and shoulders slightly off the edge of a bed or sofa. Tilt your head back so your nostrils face the ceiling. Breathe through your mouth during the application.
