Iodine should be consumed every day, and can be taken with or without food. There are two suggested application methods, depending on your desired iodine intake:

Add 3 ml of Perfect Iodine to 4 ounces of water using the pipette. Drink immediately.
—> Sprayer Method – 150 mcg intake
Fill the provided sprayer bottle with a 50/50 solution of iodine and purified water.
Spray 5 times toward the back of the throat.
